Before you ask
When will my order arrive?
Inside the ring road, the same evening if you order before 2pm. Outside the valley it goes by courier and takes two to four days.
Is delivery free?
Over NPR 2,000 inside the valley, yes. Below that it is a flat NPR 100. The courier rate outside the valley is shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Cash to the driver, or eSewa, Khalti and FonePay. You are never asked for card details on this website.
Are the online prices the same as in the shop?
Exactly the same. We do not run a separate online price list and there is no delivery surcharge hidden at checkout.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Phone the shop the same day. It is replaced on the next delivery or refunded, and we do not ask you to send anything back.
Can you order something in for me?
Usually, if a supplier carries it. Ring and ask — it is often on the shelf within a week.
